1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Crewcornercove cyber-resort platform, you agree to be bound by these operational protocols (Terms of Service). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must disconnect from our servers immediately.

2. Platform Nature

CRITICAL NOTICE: This is a social casino platform intended for entertainment purposes only. No real money gambling, betting, or wagering is available. Virtual currency or "credits" used within the platform have no real-world value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services.

3. Age Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to interface with this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Conduct & Server Integrity

Users are expected to maintain respectful comm-links. You agree not to:

  • Disrupt, exploit, or attempt to hack the server matrix.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or malicious code to interact with our systems.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other nodes (users) on the network.

Violation of these protocols will result in immediate and permanent connection termination.

5. Intellectual Property

All assets, including graphics, code, UI/UX designs, and the "Caribbean Protocol Slot" mechanics, are the exclusive property of Aurora Cybernetica Oy. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our cyber-resort without explicit authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

Crewcornercove is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss, or server downtime. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Helsinki, Finland.
